Ice, Wine, Beer and Blues – Wine & Beer Tasting

On Friday, February 1, 2019, wine and beer tasting will begin at 6:00 p.m. at ten downtown business locations until 10:00 p.m.

The locations are as follows for this year:

WINE LOCATIONS:  Handle & Hinge, The Green Scene, Serendipity, Living MI, paper and i, Eastend Gallery and Quality Engraving

BEER LOCATIONS:  The Mole Hole, Hodges Jewelers and Pure Eden

Individuals 21 years of age and older will be able to purchase a wristband for $25.00 and receive 10 wine/beer 2 oz tastings.

In addition, unique pottery goblets (an event favorite) will be available for $10.00 each.  A limited number of goblets will be available on Wednesday and Thursday, January 30 and January 31 at Trailblazers, OERTHER’S and Eastend Gallery.  On the day of the event, February 1, all tasting locations will have goblets for sale.  NEW THIS YEAR:  At Eastend Gallery only, there will be the addition of a newly designed goblet from a new pottery artist.

Starting on Friday afternoon, International ice carver extraordinaire, John Merucci, will be creating movie-themed ice sculptures in downtown Marshall.   The carving of the ice sculptures will continue on Saturday, February 2 beginning at 10:00 a.m. until completed.

This event is a fundraiser for The Franke Center and MAEDA.
