A business owner’s first customer is their employees. How owners treat their employees has a direct correlation to how those employees will treat customers.

The workshop will take place in the 2nd floor training room at the Public Services Building (PSB), 900 South Marshall Avenue. When driving south on Marshall Avenue, turn right immediately after crossing the railroad tracks into the PSB parking lot.
