Help Light Up Downtown Marshall!

Light up downtown Marshall!

The City of Marshall wants to make our community bright and welcoming all year. With that goal, the City plans to install industrial grade outdoor LED lighting to 48 of the Cleveland Select Pear trees that line Michigan Avenue in downtown Marshall. Once installed, the trees will be lit all year to add a warm, friendly ambiance from dusk to dawn. Illuminating the historic beauty of Marshall every day will attract and welcome visitors and residents alike to our community.

Be part of this exciting beautification project by becoming a sponsor. Become a Gold Leaf sponsor for $1,000, a Silver Leaf sponsor for $500, or a Bronze Leaf sponsor for $200. A plaque acknowledging sponsors will hang in Marshall City Hall. The lights will be installed and lit by the holidays. The date of the official tree lighting dedication ceremony will be announced.

Sponsorships may be paid by August 11 with cash or checks payable to The Marshall Community Foundation. To sponsor or for more information, contact Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance (MAEDA), 323 W. Michigan Ave., 269-781-5163 or [email protected].

With your support, Marshall will shine all year!
