Marshall Community Credit Union (MCCU) hosted an open house on February 23 to thank their members, staff and public for their support and patience following completion of a major renovation project.  MAEDA and many from the community joined in to congratulate MCCU for their improvements and commitment to excellence.

The renovations at MCCU Marshall office were completed in order to increase the number of private and semi-private office areas for meeting and assisting members, as well as to improve work-flows for employees, and to take advantage of previously under-utilized spaces.  A new drive-thru system, providing two-way video screens to improve the personal interaction for members in the drive-thru, security upgrades, the addition of a digital marketing solution in the lobbies and drive-thru lanes, and an expansion of the employee parking lot were also added. “We are thrilled with our renovations and hope they will provide a more welcoming atmosphere and increase customer services for our members,” said CEO Heather Luciani.

The new look continues with a Word Wall behind the teller area that includes elements of MCCU’s mission statement and their employee service standards, a new display promoting member rewards and a Marshall Wall that incorporates photos of historic Marshall and the MCCU logo. In addition, vinyl was added to the glass office walls to create privacy while maintaining an open, airy, welcoming environment.
