MARSHALL, Mich. — Marshall, Michigan, is such a lovely place to live that some of its residents even stick around in the afterlife.
Spirits supposedly haunt the town’s historic streets and homes, driving people to take horse-drawn ghost tours. Spooky! Perhaps the ghosts want free admission to one of Marshall’s eight museums.
“One of our biggest museums here in Marshall is going to be our magic museum, [the American Museum of Magic] which has the largest collection of magic artifacts in the United States,” said Ryan McFadden, a real estate agent and member of the Marshall Chamber. McFadden also is part of the Choose Marshall campaign, which promotes all the city has to offer, including live bands and food vendors that line the city’s streets during a summer full of festivals and events.
