The Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance (MAEDA)/Choose Marshall held a Ribbon Cutting to welcome Lash’d as a new Choose Marshall Chamber Member and to congratulate them on their new studio location downtown Marshall.
Studio owner, Michaela Christofferson, opened Lash’d at their previous Marshall location in 2020, but she decided to move to their new location when she purchased a downtown Marshall building.
Lash’d now offers many services beyond just lash extensions and lifts. Eyebrow and eyelash tinting, eyebrow microblading, facials and several waxing services, all with licensed technicians, are offered as well. Christofferson explained, “We saw that there was a need for more complete lash and cosmetic services.” She added, “Our clientele comes from all over Calhoun County and even beyond to Charlotte and Jackson areas. We guarantee amazing quality and professionalism to all our customers.”
Future plans for the building include the renovation of the second story space that will allow Christofferson to offer bridal parties a more complete cosmetic package, including hair and makeup. She will also have space to include a spray tanning booth. Christofferson commented, “I look forward to being a part of the Chamber and becoming more involved in the community. I also hope to take advantage of some of the new programs and benefits offered by the Chamber to its members.”
