Friday Night Fish Fry

For those of you who love fish, or for those who observe Lent and eat fish on Friday; here is a list of places that serve fish on Fridays:

St. Mary’s Parish at 212 West Hanover Street has an all-you-can-eat fish fry every Friday until March 23, 2018. The Knights of Columbus prepare the fish with Drakes Batter Mix*, made right here in Marshall, either baked or fried. The menu includes Alaskan pollack with macaroni & cheese, baked beans, salad, onion rings, and dessert. Takeouts are available. The meals run from 5 to 7 pm. For more information call 269.781.3949.

Stagecoach Inn* at 201 West Michigan Avenue hosts a fish fry all day on Fridays until March 23, 2018. The menu includes lightly breaded perch, walleye or trout, depending on the week, and cole slaw or cottage cheese and french fries. Come enjoy the taste of fresh fish at the Stagecoach Inn.

Marshall’s Broadway Grille*offers all-you-can-each fish fry on Fridays all year long. Located at 107 West Michigan Avenue, the menu includes Alaskan pollack, french fries and cole slaw. If you are a fish lover, you can certainly get your fill at Broadway Grille.

Sandhill Restaurant* features perch every Friday all year long, but during Lent, Sandhill varies the fish selection with wild caught pike, perch or a fisherman’s platter including cod, perch, and shrimp. On the menu full-time is butterfly shrimp, a cod basket or sandwich and perch. Sandhill is located at 11401 17 Mile Road. Come enjoy the feast.

Denny’s Restaurant* offers a cod basket with salad and french fries or a tilapia skillet with a salad on Fridays until March 23, 2018. These hearty meals are for fish lovers who like a variety of tastes. Denny’s is located at 15250 North Old US 27. Bring the family and enjoy a delicious meal.

Schuler’s Restaurant & Pub* has fish dishes available in the restaurant as well as the pub. The popular fish tacos are served at the pub from 4 pm to close each evening. At the restaurant, a wonderful variety of North Atlantic salmon, Lake Superior whitefish and seafood chowder will whet your appetite and satisfy your fish cravings.
