Serendipity has been a special destination in Marshall since 1990 specializing in high-end home décor, unique gifts and MI roasted gourmet coffee beans. After receiving numerous customer requests, owners Kristen and Dave Greenwood, decided to open a coffee shop, The Brew.

The Brew is rooted in family tradition and operated in honor of Kristen’s mother, Kay Mead, original proprietor of Serendipity. The coffee bar was beautifully designed and crafted by Kristen’s father, Don Koenig. Kay’s grandchildren, store manager, Taylor Greenwood, and retail associate, Trevor Greenwood, carry on the family tradition by offering premium, forward-thinking customer service. “We’ve trained with experts to streamline our processes and offer consistent, quality products,” indicated Dave.

Selections at The Brew include hot/cold espresso drinks, coffee, organic tea, natural smoothies and seasonal signature beverages. Enjoy downtown delivery and take-out or relax in the new intimate café. “We want to celebrate our roots while enhancing our offerings,” stated Kristen. “The Brew complements Serendipity, but adds to the fun, friendly atmosphere.”

Treat yourself at The Brew inside Serendipity, 108 W. Michigan Ave., in downtown Marshall, MI or contact them at 269-781-8144. For more information visit their website, giftdipity.com, and follow them on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
