What a Great Year!

The past year has been extremely busy for the Marshall Chamber. We have expanded many of our programs and our success is attributed to the leadership of the Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance (MAEDA) Board of Directors, CEO Scott Fleming, top-notch MAEDA staff, and all of you as our members.

Promoting Chamber members and commerce in Marshall is why we are here. To meet that goal, the Chamber took great strides to increase and improve membership benefits. The Chamber provides a variety of networking, educational, business consultation, and promotional opportunities to help member businesses.

Over the course of the past calendar year, the Marshall Chamber promoted businesses with 43 ribbon cuttings, new member and We Noticed presentations; 12 Cash Mob Monday events and sold over $9,000 in Marshall Bucks that encourage doing business at Chamber member businesses; led the Chamber Ambassadors; and promoted Chamber businesses by helping over 5,000 people at the Marshall Welcome Center. In addition, the Chamber provided 24 networking opportunities at “What’s Brewing” and “5:01 Thursday” events and offered 10 free educational opportunities lead by experts covering topics such as social media marketing, business resources, promoting your business, and business finance. The Chamber works with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and Senior Corp of Retired Executives (SCORE) to provide free business consultations assisting multiple existing and start-up businesses.

MAEDA believes wholeheartedly in the Chamber and what it can do for your business. We ask that you get involved and promote your business.
