Wagner Ballroom

The historic Wagner Ballroom, Marshall’s original dance hall from 1870 to 1910, is currently taking bookings for your next event. Located downtown on the third floor of Eastend Studio & Gallery, our charming space features a hand-painted grand staircase, ballroom, grand foyer, on site restroom facilities, catering room, and an elevator for accessibility. Corporate and Private Events at the Wagner Ballroom have a dinner seating capacity of 120 or up to 175 standing. Staff supervision for the duration of your event and set-up/configuration of the ballroom is included. *New pricing for any bookings placed after February 1, 2024. Base Pricing for Ballroom Rental (up to 4 hours): 50 guests - $400 51-100 guests - $700 100+ guests - $900 Optional Add-Ons (in addition to base price) 2nd floor - $600 Main floor & 2nd floor - $1,100 Additional hours - $300 for up to 4 hours more Linens for tables - $6/per linen Event planning consultation - negotiable Included in Ballroom Rental Fee: Catering room with warming oven (client needs to provide rack), refrigerator/freezer, sink, plating station, movable cart, and rolling ice chest. Round tables (up to 15 available) that seat 8-10 guests each Banquet tables (4 available) Set-up and configuration of the ballroom Staff supervision during set up and closing Pricing is based on number of guests and day of the week. Photo shoots are also available for an hourly rate. Catering, bar and audio/visual equipment, and any additional services not included.
