Welcome to Fall in Marshall, Michigan! Home to SkeletonFest and other spook-tacular events for adults and kids alike.
Now through October 31, walk through town for #skelfies with over 60 life-sized and super-sized skeletons whimsically dressed and posed to greet visitors.
If you’re looking for family fun, be sure to visit Cornwell’s Turkeyville who hosts a Haunted Adventure each weekend in October. Featuring hayrides, a haunted train, a corn maze, and cider and donuts, the month-long celebration also lets you pick from the pumpkin patch. Another great place for seasonal family fun is Bosserd’s Family Farm, where you’ll be greeted by giant haystacks, a corn maze, a pumpkin patch and other games. Lastly, join in the fun at Family Fall Fest on October 20 for a FREE community event featuring hay rides, a petting zoo, pumpkin decorating, bounce houses and more!
Looking for some theater entertainment? Tickle your funny bone with The Aristocrats + 101 Dalmatians, October 10-13 at the Franke Center for the Arts.
Always a popular evening, Sip ‘N Shop – Witches Night Out, Wizards Welcome! is set for October 17. Don your best witches costume, grab your friends, and head downtown to snack, sip, and shop yourself silly.
Stroll Marshall’s Kalamazoo Riverwalk to enjoy the beauty and colors of the season. You might spot some wildlife along the way!
At the end of the month, bring the whole family to the Firefighters’ Halloween Parade, October 26. With a firetruck leading the way, kids can trick or treat at downtown businesses. And be sure to Trick-or-Treat the streets of Marshall October 31. Hours recommended are 5:00-7:30 pm. Truly a sight to see, hundreds of little ghosts and goblins!
