The community is invited to the sixth annual Fridays at the Fountain concert series, featuring five live performances at the Brooks Memorial Fountain.

The event will feature five different bands, and run every other Friday, starting June 14th through August 9th, from 7 – 9pm each night.  The lineup includes The Fat Animals (6/14), Phabies (6/28), The Band Cordero (7/12), Simply in Time (8/4) and Kait Rose Shania Twain tribute (8/9).

Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket.

The first band to kick off the series is the Fat Animals:

The Fat Animals are much like a river of water. Currents of music ebb and flow through whirlpools of sonic exploration and waterfalls of emotional bliss, filling the ears and soul with love and appreciation. Every performance is a unique experience of their interpretations of the great masters of music past, present, and future. The Fat Animals also bring an ear-pleasing selection of original music. Formed from a craigslist ad and not being creepy at all, these 5 musicians have formed a brotherly bond that can be seen and heard.
