INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES
Celebration of Trees is a way to honor or memorialize a loved one, or to show support for the Marshall community. Each sponsor will be able to decorate a 4-foot tree that will be in a downtown Marshall flowerpot. You can request a specific location, but they are first-come, first-reserved. Your tree is not reserved until payment is received.
• Decorations are supplied by the sponsor and must be weather-proof and securely fastened (with wire or zip ties) to the tree or garland. Decorations pushed into the ground may have to be cut for removal.
• These trees have NO LIGHTS and NO ELECTRICITY ACCESS.
• Trees must be decorated between Saturday, November 15 and Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
• Decorations must be removed between December 31 and January 5, 2026.
WAIVER
I have read, understand, and agree to the instructions and rules for sponsoring a Celebration Tree. I understand that MAEDA is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of any items that I use to decorate my tree.
