Annual Chamber dinner set for January 24, 2017
Mark your calendar for Tuesday, January 24 and make your reservation to attend the Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance and Chamber (MAEDA) 69th Annual Dinner at Schuler’s Restaurant. Everyone in the community is invited.
The evening will begin at 6:00 p.m. with the social hour featuring cash bar and appetizers. Dinner will be served by 6:30 p.m. The menu includes: Bread & Butter, Bountiful Salad, New England Braised Pot Roast and Pecan Crusted Chicken Combination Plate or Butternut Squash Ravioli with Portobello Mushroom Marsala Sauce and Schuler’s Traditional Bread Pudding.
The cost for this event is $30 per person. Reservations are required by January 18 by calling MAEDA at 269-781-5163 or visiting the Marshall Welcome Center at 323 W. Michigan Ave. The annual dinner is generously sponsored by Oaklawn Hospital.
Shannon Tiernan, MAEDA Board of Directors member, will serve as emcee for the evening. The event will highlight the Chamber’s progress during 2016 and exciting plans for the future. Outstanding community and Chamber volunteers will be recognized during the award ceremony to thank them for their significant contributions to Marshall. Awards will be presented throughout the evening including: Key Member Award, Charles F. Hayes Award, Tourism, Hospitality Award, Outstanding Award and MAEDA Champion Awards.
