Josh was initially drawn to the insurance industry when he realized the incredible breadth of impact he could have on a person's life. In his role, no two days are ever the same, and the stakes are often deeply personal.

When asked how he would explain his vital role to a five-year-old, Josh breaks it down simply:

“I help find people to fix your car or repair your home after an accident or storm. I also help people not have to work forever.”

That balance of urgent help and long-term security defines his daily work. “I could be saving people money on auto insurance, helping someone find a hotel room after a house fire, delivering a life insurance check to a widow, or giving peace of mind to someone about to retire,” Josh explains.

Because the job relies so heavily on trust, Josh measures his greatest professional success not in numbers, but in relationships. “My favorite win is when a customer has trusted me enough to refer a friend or family member to the agency.”

A typical day for Josh in the office involves a mix of managing claims, assisting current customers, welcoming new business, reviewing coverages, and helping clients map out their retirement goals. When he steps away from the desk, Josh is immersed in the community—spending quality time with his family and coaching his children’s sports teams.

“I enjoy welcoming new chamber members to this amazing community and learning how I might help them grow,” Josh says. “To be a part of someone else’s journey is so rewarding for me!
