The Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance (MAEDA)/Choose Marshall held a We Noticed Ribbon Cutting presentation to congratulate OBX Functional Medicine on the opening of OBX Med Spa downtown Marshall.

In its efforts to educate and assist clients with feeling better on the inside, Dr. Lori Zettel, OBX Functional Medicine owner, saw the need in the community to expand and open OBX Med Spa.  The services, treatments, and products offered at OBX Med Spa are curated and tailored to help clients with medical grade spa services on their journeys to look and feel better about themselves on the outside.

The relationship with a spa professional begins by scheduling a free consult and developing goals by building a new and healthy regimen to help promote an outside glow tailored to fit clients’ needs.  The products used are not over the counter but are medical grade which are stronger and provide better and more long-lasting results.  Zettel stated, “We are passionate about whole-body health and wellness from the inside out.”  She added, “We saw the need for these services and opening the Med Spa just seemed to make sense and fit those needs of our clients. We hope to be your destination for wellness.”

Along with offering a full range of skin care options, micro-needling, and cosmetic injectables, the salon also offers hair restoration services and acne treatments.  Emily Beam, Head Esthetician, commented, “We have many teens that are coming to us to help them with seeking treatment for their acne concerns.”  Along with providing medical cosmetic services, the spa will assist clients with lifestyle changes that bring about a healthier whole-body.

OBX Med Spa is located at 105 W. Michigan Ave. Suite C in downtown Marshall.  The spa is open Monday-Wednesday by appointment only.  To learn more about services or schedule a consult call 269-234-8938, visit the website at outsidetheboxfm.com/medspa or find it on Facebook.
