Choose Marshall Chamber Welcomes Foundry Bakehouse & Deli as a New Chamber Member

The Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance (MAEDA)/Choose Marshall is excited to announce the addition of the Foundry Bakehouse & Deli to its growing chamber, celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Located in Albion, it is celebrating its 6th anniversary.

Owned and operated by Emily Verbeke, the Foundry Bakehouse & Deli is open for breakfast and lunch and prides itself on crafting delicious wholesome food from scratch using fresh ingredients. Its extensive menu features a wide variety of freshly baked goods, handcrafted deli sandwiches, salads, and homemade soups. For added convenience, delivery and catering services are available as well. Customers can also join its Bread Club, or Awards Program or pick up a Take-and-Bake meal for an effortless lunch or dinner solution.

“We strive to be a community hub,” shared Verbeke. “Our diverse breakfast and lunch menu caters to all tastes, including a range of vegetarian and gluten-free options. From our flaky croissants and bagels to our popular sourdough selections and a wide variety of our favorite ‘pie bars,’ there’s something to satisfy every craving. Verbeke emphasized the importance of community, adding, “Joining the Choose Marshall Chamber was a natural next step for us, and we look forward to connecting with other local businesses and serving the greater Marshall area.”

The Foundry Bakehouse is open Tuesday through Saturday 6:30am – 4pm, serving breakfast from 6:30-11am and lunch from 11am – 4pm.
