The Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance (MAEDA)/Choose Marshall held a ribbon cutting to welcome and congratulate Grassroots Café and Family Wellness Chiropractic as a new chamber member in downtown Marshall.
Dr Abby Sirovica, owner and lead doctor of Grassroots Café (formerly OBX Café) and Family Wellness Chiropractic is excited to be in Marshall to offer healthy food and holistic care to the community. “We truly believe that food is medicine and what we decide to nourish our body with directly decides how we are able to express health.” Sirovica added, “I love this community and how Marshall steps in and supports local businesses. As a small business owner, this means the world to me!” The café continues with the same food concept allowing customers to build their own meals with a choice of grains, greens, protein, toppings and accompanied with a house-made dressing and offers fresh-brewed coffee, and gluten-free bowls, smoothies, soup, and bakery items. The café emphasizes the use of organic, locally sourced, and hypoallergenic ingredients with no artificial coloring or flavoring.
Grassroots Family Wellness offers pediatric, pregnancy and family chiropractic care and is based on the vision that holistic options and chiropractic care should be easily accessible as part of an individual’s wellness program. Grassroots clinicians believe that a proactive approach to healthcare is of utmost importance, and they promote the power of community relationships and togetherness. Sirovica commented, “Our office is all about showing up for our patients with congruity and authenticity. We truly want you to feel at home and be able to have chiropractic care as part of your life.”
The Grassroots Café and family Wellness Chiropractic office is located at 136 West Michigan Avenue downtown Marshall and is open Monday – Saturday, 8am-7pm. The practice offers both memberships and single adjustment appointments with an additional office in Battle Creek. Memberships are good at either location.
