The Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance (MAEDA)/Choose Marshall held a New Chamber Member Ribbon Cutting to welcome BeachFit Fuel, a new shop to downtown Marshall offering delicious high quality protein shakes, loaded teas, smoothie blenders, and much more!
Store owner, Jenn Beach, a personal trainer since 2007, and her husband, Dean, recently purchased LISH Nutrition from one of her clients. It seemed like a natural transition for her to provide a complete nutritional opportunity to the community and her clients.
BeachFit Fuel serves both nutritional and non-nutritional offerings. The nutritional and low calorie (under 50 calories and no sugar) Beach Tea Bombs are made with either organic green, black or Guarana Tea and are mixed with an energy-based powder. “They do not taste like tea at all, and they come in many varieties of sweet and tart options,” said Beach. The other nutritional choice is the Protein Shakes. These low-carb, low sugar, low calorie and high protein drinks contain 100% whey protein, full spectrum amino acids, and are lactose and gluten-free. “They taste exactly like their title! It feels like an indulgence but it’s good for you and that’s what healthy should taste like.” exclaims Beach. If you are in the mood for a less nutritious but delicious option, the Beach Blenders are smoothies that come in many flavors. Coming very soon are several flavors of the trendy Boba, and these can be added to any drink for something a little different.
Beach commented, “We are excited for the opportunity to help everyone thrive in a community that supports each other living our best lives! Life is about finding a balance and choosing a healthy, quick option shouldn’t be so difficult.” She added, “We hope to offer quick grab-and-go healthy snack options in the near future, and we are very open to customer feedback. We want to know what it is that you would like. What can we do to help you?”
