The Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance (MAEDA)/Choose Marshall held a ribbon cutting to welcome and congratulate Norfolk Homes as a new chamber member in Marshall.

Norfolk Homes is the developer and builder of Emerald Hills, a new golf course home community located in Marshall. The paired townhome condominiums and single-family homes currently being built are located on the northeast side of the course at Emerald Hills Golf Club (formerly Alwyn Downs), which is an 18-hole public golf course. The current plan is to build 32 townhomes on Rebecca Street. Future development plans will depend on the housing market.
