The Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance (MAEDA)/Choose Marshall held a ribbon cutting to welcome and congratulate The Sister Brand as a new store and chamber member in downtown Marshall.
The Sister Brand is a clothing and novelty gift shop that aims to provide customers with a comfortable, bright, and unique shopping experience.
Store owners, Megan Brecheisen and Aleigha Griffiths, are excited to finally be opening a brick-and-mortar store. Griffiths stated, “It has been a dream of ours to open a store in Marshall. We are dedicated to creating and selling fun, vibrant, and high-quality merchandise.” Customers will find many kinds of trinkets, handmade bracelets, hats, sweatshirts, t-shirts, blankets, coffee mugs and more. The store also offers custom designed apparel with direct-to-film (DTF) transfers and sells its merchandise on-line as well. Brecheisen commented, “Our number one seller is our over-sized cozy sweatshirts. Come in and take a look!” Griffiths added, “The City of Marshall, Choose Marshall Chamber and other downtown retailers have been very helpful and supportive of our efforts. We can’t thank them enough!”
