Fifty years ago, Frank Boley CPA opened his accounting business downtown Marshall. Since then, the business has gone through a few changes. This year, Heather Viland, a Licensed Enrolled Agent, became a fifty percent owner and the name of the business has been changed from Frank Boley & Co. to Boley, Viland & Co. The business is still a verified accounting firm, offering accounting and tax preparation services to customers and small business owners located in and around Marshall, Michigan. Viland commented, “I am so pleased to be an equal part owner of this successful business Frank has created in Marshall. Our clients trust Frank with their accounting and tax needs and that means so much to us. Frank hired me right out of college, and I have worked for him for twenty-five years.” She added, “We have proudly served residents and businesses in and around Marshall, and we will continue to offer the same great service.”
