The Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance (MAEDA)/Choose Marshall held a Ribbon Cutting presentation to congratulate chamber member Marshall Comfort Care Senior Living on the new ownership and remodeling of the facility.

Comfort Care Senior Living is an independently owned senior care facility with 14 communities across Michigan.  Facility Administrator Kristi Flores stated, “The Marshall facility has been here since 1998.  As the new owners, we have years of experience in providing care to seniors.  We are dedicated and passionate about providing the best care and giving residents the attention they deserve.  We strive to deliver on our promise of excellence, compassion, and quality.”  She added, “We want to create a senior living community that we’d want our own family members to call home.”

The newly remodeled Marshall Comfort Care now offers memory care, assisted and independent living at the facility.   All areas deliver a comfortable and all-inclusive style living arrangement with an intelligent facility designed to foster community interaction.  The facility offers a never-ending list of daily and weekly social activities for residents to experience and many on-site amenities to take advantage of such as a therapy room, beauty salon, library, movie theater and the ice cream parlor used for happy hours.  Operations Manager James York commented, “Our dining room offers a rotating and diverse menu for residents to enjoy meals prepared by our Executive Chef and each of our six neighborhoods has a common area for game playing, crafts, socializing and everyone’s favorite, Bingo!  Our communities are designed to allow residents the ability to live life on their own terms with support when needed.”  He added, “The most important aspect of senior living is access to premium coordinated care.  We feel we have developed those specialized programs and are prepared to deliver world class care.”

Marshall Comfort Care, located at 200 Westbrook Ct., Marshall, is looking forward to becoming more involved in the Marshall community and offers a comfortable home for seniors.  Whether you are exploring senior living options for yourself or a loved one, contact the facility for more information at 269-781-4997 or visit comfortcaresl.com.
