The Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance (MAEDA)/Choose Marshall Chamber recently hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially welcome Smart Strength & Conditioning to its growing chamber.
Smart Strength & Conditioning, owned and operated by certified trainer Alex Harris, provides highly personalized and evidence-based fitness programming designed for optimal performance and results.
