Choose Marshall Welcomes Trackside Eatery & Dry Pub as a New Chamber Member
The Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance (MAEDA)/Choose Marshall is excited to announce the addition of Trackside Eatery & Dry Pub to its growing chamber. A ribbon-cutting ceremony recently marked the official welcome of this restaurant to downtown Albion.
Trackside Eatery & Dry Pub, co-owned by Shawn and Francine Ruddock, isn't just a place to grab a meal; it's a community hub. “Trackside is more than just a place to eat; it’s where the community gathers, and we put genuine care into every dish we serve,” said Shawn Ruddock. “We hand-grind our burgers, cut our own steaks, and slow-roast favorites right here in-house, ensuring delicious quality is on every plate.”
Trackside stands out for its unique offerings, including an Iron Pan pizza, a delicious hybrid of Detroit- and Tavern-style pizza. They serve breakfast all day, alongside a full lunch and dinner menu. The restaurant also specializes in being a "dry pub," showcasing an exclusive collection of innovative, non-alcoholic alternatives. These drinks are crafted with functional botanicals, adaptogens, and natural compounds designed to provide a pleasant, noticeable life without the traditional downsides of alcohol.
Beyond its menu, Trackside demonstrates a deep commitment to the community through programs like its Buy-a-Meal, Take-a-Meal initiative, which directly helps support neighbors in need.
Joining the Choose Marshall Chamber was a crucial step for the Ruddock’s in solidifying the restaurant’s presence and connection within the broader Marshall region. Patty Williams, Business Development Manager for Choose Marshall, emphasized the strength of this partnership. “The Choose Marshall Chamber is thrilled to welcome Trackside Eatery & Dry Pub to our chamber team. The Ruddocks embody the kind of passionate, community-focused business that helps our entire region thrive. We look forward to supporting them as they continue to grow and serve the area.”
