The Medalist Golf Club has been purchased by three partners who intend to operate it as a locally owned and managed business. Owners Lowell Weaver II, Mike Beck and Clayton Seneca are long time golf partners who share the love of the game. They are committed to maintaining an environment where everyone is truly welcome and experiences the ultimate golf experience as they enjoy the friendly staff and beautiful manicured course.
The Medalist will continue to operate its restaurant, The Medalist Bar & Grille, and offers wedding banquet facilities on the grounds. Future plans include completion of an upstairs banquet room and expansion of the restaurant season.
