Support Marshall Businesses During the COVID-19 Crisis

Marshall Area Economic Development Alliance (MAEDA) appreciates our community for continuing to patronize our  local Marshall businesses during this difficult time of dealing with COVID-19 crisis.

Marshall is known as the City of Hospitality for good reason. We are passionate about our community and each other. Now, more than ever, we ask that you support local businesses so that our community will continue to be vibrant and thrive long after this threat passes.

Many of our area businesses remain accessible by phone or have made special accommodations such as offering curb-side or home deliveries keep serving customers. We encourage you to contact each business directly to get up-to-date information about their current hours and services. Find a list of area business at

Here are some ways to support Marshall businesses:

  • Buy a gift certificate or membership. Many businesses will allow you to call and pay over the phone. The money from the gift certificate will help businesses weather the storm and give you something to look forward in the future!
  • Order take-out or delivery from one of our incredible restaurants or pubs. Many are currently offering delivery or curb-side pick-up!
  • Purchase products from retailers on-line or by phone. Contact each retailer to determine their hours and current accomodations.
  • Tip generously.
  • Donate to a not-for-profit or other organization that is providing much needed services during this difficult time.

Many of our businesses are owned by Marshall residents and often employ your friends and neighbors. The lack of cash flow could permanently hurt our community. Your support will calm fears and continue to make Marshall THE PLACE to live and visit. #choosemarshall.
