Wendy Spreenberg is a Senior Business Consultant with the Michigan SBDC Southwest Region, where she helps entrepreneurs develop growth strategies, improve operations, and navigate business challenges. Diego Sandoval is a Business Consultant with the SBDC where he supports entrepreneurs and small business owners with business planning, market research, funding preparation, AI tools and growth strategy. He is AI-certified through America's SBDC and Google AI U. With background in banking, economic development, and community engagement, Diego focuses on helping business owners use practical tools, including AI, to make smarter decisions and strengthen their marketing.
With more than 20 years of experience in business development, workplace strategy, consulting, and entrepreneurship, Wendy has worked with businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. As a former small-business owner, she brings a practical, entrepreneurial perspective to her work.
